YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our client’s digital marketing performance across all channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with clients and the en&re Luxe team, to launch and manage websites, landing pages, social media accounts and innovative campaigns to drive growth and continuously improve traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including performance marketing campaigns, SEO, social media and email marketing

  • Manage diverse platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat, LinkedIn and others

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing ac&vi&es and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Put together digital marketing concepts for client proposals including pictures, graphs and content writing

Campaign Management

  • Design, build and maintain our portfolio of client’s online presence

  • Identify trends and insights and brainstorm creative growth strategies

  • Suggest and optimize ad spend based on the insights

  • Design engaging ad creatives based on client’s goals and brand identity

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Create conversion optimized landing pages and track results

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Create end of month performance reports and explain them in strategy meetings to clients

Search Engine Optimization

  • Devise, own and execute the SEO strategy for client websites to drive channel growth

  • Manage SEO for our internal websites

  • Audit and analyze SEO performance across multiple websites, identifying issues, finding root-causes, and experimenting with solutions to improve performance at scale

  • Review and provide feedback on web analytics and SEO reports and highlight business-relevant insights to continuously improve traffic and conversion – based on solid research and analysis

  • Suggest and write content (e.g. blog posts), based on best practice including SEO, to engage with key audiences, increase brand awareness and drive leads

Social Media Management

  • Develop monthly social media strategy by having meetings with clients

  • Create monthly social media accounts with English copywriting

  • Find HD photos online to put the content calendar together

  • Manage client’s social media accounts (daily posting on Instagram, Twitter,LinkedIn and Facebook)

E-Mail-Marketing

  • Develop our client’s database

  • Design creative and conversion optimized email newsletters

  • Set-up e-mail-marketing workflows and personalized templates

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in an agency environment

  • Deep knowledge of keyword research, campaign and funnel buildout, ad creation, A/B testing, retargeting, extensive bid management and lead generation

  • Vast experience in the Google Content Network (Experience in Google AdWords, Google Analytics) various social media platforms, tools, best practices and with overall Display Advertising

  • Comfortable with technical SEO and web code best practices

  • Proven analytical mindset and ability to think creatively and solve open-ended projects

  • Ability to build recommendations and insights from the data available

  • Strong research, writing, and editorial skills, with the ability to edit and rewrite quickly

  • Experienced working with CMS platforms and a variety of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush and others

  • Up-to-dated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

  • Confident and capable of managing client expectations

  • A team player capable of working across different technical and editorial teams

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Capable of building visually appealing client presentations

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Quickly adaptable to work with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient English speaker, Arabic is a Plus
